Here Comes the Sun 250 by DCW éditions is a steel pendant lamp designed by Bertrand Balas, originally conceived in August 1970 and inspired by watching the sun set over the Garonne river. The larger 250mm hemispherical form carries the same quietly magical quality as the 175mm version, concealing its E14 light source within and spilling a warm glow downward while the interior finish adds depth and warmth from within. Works beautifully as a solo piece or clustered in multiples at varying heights for a more expansive installation. The exterior and interior finishes are independently specified, with cast canopy and cable colour also selectable. Lamp not included. Part of the broader Here Comes the Sun collection, also available in 175mm, 350mm, and 450mm diameters.
