Return and Refund Policy

• If returning items please do so within 14 days of receiving products.
  
• All items must be returned in original condition, with all the parts, in the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
  
• We do not offer refunds on items that have been installed.
  
• Shipping back to Social Light is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.
  
• Sale items are non-refundable, and not exchangeable.
  
• Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item for no extra charge. This excludes any installation or removal costs from the electrician.  
  
• Items that are custom ordered for you - including but not limited to MUD Australia, Soktas, Ebb & Flow, GANTLights, Object Van Brandenburg, Robert Gordon or Made-to-order L.I.M LED Linear Pendants by Social Light,  can not be refunded or exchanged.
  

Refunds will be processed once products have been received and checked.
