Return and Refund Policy

If returning items please do so within 14 days of receiving products.

All items must be returned in original condition, with all the parts, in the original packaging and not damaged in any way.

We do not offer refunds on items that have been installed.

Shipping back to Social Light is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.

Sale items are non-refundable, and not exchangeable.

Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item for no extra charge. This excludes any installation or removal costs from the electrician.

Items that are custom ordered for you - including but not limited to MUD Australia, Soktas, Ebb & Flow, GANTLights, Object Van Brandenburg, Robert Gordon or Made-to-order L.I.M LED Linear Pendants by Social Light, can not be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds will be processed once products have been received and checked.
